"serving the GTA & surrounding areas"

Pre-Purchase: - aside from the "complete home audit", this is the most comprehensive service that we offer and is by far the most requested by home buyers.  Along with a written inspection report, clients are given an educational tour of the home.  Visual deficiencies are noted and any areas of concern are discussed and put into perspective.

Pre-Listing: - a pre-listing inspection can help to simplify real estate negotiations by eliminating the "home inspection clause or realizing that there will be no big surprises resulting from a buyers inspection.  We will also answer any calls from prospective purchasers regarding the inspection.  Sellers may also use this type of inspection to help them fulfill any duties relating to full disclosure

as may be required on a "propertly evaluation statement".

New Home Warranty: - assistance with Tarion P.D.I. / 30 day / year end / two year
 warranty.

Complete Home Audit: - by far the most comprehensive inspection we offer.  A full home audit can take anywhere from six weeks to six months to complete.  Costs are considerably higher as multiple inspections will be required
.

Landlord/Tenant: - these are proactive type inspections geared towards the protection of any possible landlord / tenant  concerns which may arise as a result of user occupancy.

Single Item Inspection: - this could entail anything from engineering services to a leaky roof.  There are
multiple inspections available to suit your needs.

WETT Inspection: - WETT inspections are sometimes required by insurance companies prior to issuing a home insurance policy.  If you require a WETT inspection in conjunction with a home inspection it is necessary to advise us in advance as additional time must be
allocated to the overall inspection.

Maintenance Inspection: - an inspection geared towards homeowners who wish to keep their homes in tip-top condition.  It is also very useful to owners of investment / rental properties that require periodic
 maintenance.

Multi-Unit Dwellings: - these entail inspections of duplex, triplex, etc. types of buildings.  Please contact us for further details.

Infra-red Inspecions: - with Infrared Thermography Inspection we can "see" and "measure" the heat energy that is emitted by walls, ceilings and foundations.  The thermal images (called thermograms) can identify a wide variety of problems that may not be visible to the naked eye.  Damaged insulation, water intrusion and electrical overheating in panels all produce different heat signatures and can be identified in the thermal images.

Non-invasive thermographic inspections can be a valued part of your preventative program.  Be it a home inspection, commercial building or equipment inspection, infrared inspection can help you identify problem areas and address the issues at their initial stages.
